She excels in conducting evaluations, developing proposals, and providing strategic guidance to NGOs, donors, and UN agencies across diverse regions, including East and Southern Africa, Europe and the Middle East.
Passionate about social impact and sustainable development, Winnie is committed to empowering the local communities that ORRAA works with worldwide through evidence-based MEL practices. She is also leading on ORRAA’s funder stewardship, to demonstrate the value of partnering with the organisation.
