Paul Heller
Senior Manager, Blue Finance InnovationPaul leads ORRAA’s development and management of the organisation’s product pipeline and oversees its monitoring, evaluation and learning (MEL) practice.
Previously, Paul managed and developed USAID-funded programmes across Asia, with a focus on biodiversity conservation, climate change, and governance. He served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Fiji and holds a Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Arizona State University and a Master of Urban Planning from the University of Michigan.
