Jack Stuart

Programme Senior Associate

Jack is working to develop ORRAA’s programme portfolio, product pipeline, and monitoring, evaluation, and learning practices. Previously, Jack led the Climate and Ocean Risk Vulnerability Index (CORVI) project at the Stimson Center, producing insights to inform coastal city planning and investment decisions.

Previous research projects have explored ocean and climate governance, international climate finance, and environmental security policy with the United States Institute of Peace, Good Governance Africa, and the Wilson Center. He holds an M.A. from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University.
