Jack Stuart
Manager, Blue Finance InnovationJack works with ORRAA’s members to develop and launch finance and insurance products that invest into coastal and ocean resilience through Nature-based Solutions. He also supports the management of investment instruments under the SCIFF and works with partners to advance marine protected area financing in South Africa and the Western Indian Ocean.
Previously, Jack led the Climate and Ocean Risk Vulnerability Initiative (CORVI) at the Stimson Center, producing insights to inform coastal city planning and investment decisions. He holds an M.A. from the Elliott School of International Affairs at George Washington University.
