Tanya Marin

Tanya has supported developing countries across Asia and the Pacific in addressing complex infrastructure and environmental challenges. Her work focuses on strengthening regional connectivity through a pipeline of collaborative projects in transport, energy, and trade facilitation, while also promoting collective action on ocean-climate resilience and transitions to a circular plastic economy. 

Prior to joining ORRAA, she contributed to the Asian Development Bank’s (ADB) $5 billion Healthy Oceans and Sustainable Blue Economies Action Plan, which aims to tackle ocean health issues and foster sustainable marine economies. Over her 12 years as a consultant with ADB, she supported initiatives in regional cooperation and integration, knowledge development, and strategic partnerships—primarily in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and the Pacific. Tanya also worked with the Jebsens Group for 10 years, where she was involved in financing and loan projects, and managed dry bulk trade operations across key routes from the Indian Ocean to Asia and the transpacific region.
