Deputy Chief Operating OfficerNorm’s duties include financial management, grant management, administration and operations, and risk management. Norm works to build back office tools and systems that support an organisation’s mission through targeted investments that focus resources financial and otherwise on scalable solutions to solve financial and operational challenges. Prior to joining ORRAA he spent the last 15 years working in the non-profit sector and in public service.
