Constance Wong

Constance is leading ORRAA’s C3F work to help USAID missions facilitate investment into blue carbon, conservation and coastal resilience programmes, amongst other activities in the Programme team.

Constance joined ORRAA from WTW’s Disaster Risk Finance team, where she focused on developing innovative risk financing solutions to support the resilience of coastal ecosystems and communities. During her time at WTW, she worked in a range of geographies from Central America through to Melanesia, including working with fishing communities on the ground.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree from Oxford University in French and Spanish languages and literature, and a Master’s degree from the London School of Economics in Environmental Policy.
