Lead, InsuranceRuth leads ORRAA’s insurance strategy and its implementation, and works with insurers, investors and development partners to unlock finance for coastal and ocean resilience. Previously, she led Guy Carpenter’s Public Sector Solutions practice across the UK, Europe, India, the Middle East and Africa, advising governments and multilateral organisations on sovereign and sub-sovereign risk financing and designing and placing innovative insurance solutions for climate, disaster and humanitarian risks.
