Marver Woodley

With a background in Policy creation, sustainable finance and ocean literacy, Marver Woodley serves as the Senior Operations and Policy Manager within Antigua and Barbuda’s Department of the Blue Economy, leading work on ocean governance, sustainable development, and strategic partnerships. She represents Antigua and Barbuda in several regional and international blue economy bodies, initiatives and contributes to global dialogues on climate resilience and ocean sustainability. Beyond government, she is active in youth and climate diplomacy networks, including the Commonwealth Youth Climate Change Network and YOUNGO, advancing capacity-building and inclusive ocean action across the Commonwealth.
