Karen Ancillai

Karen leads ORRAA’s fundraising and donor relations, as well as manages ORRAA Inc.’s Board of Directors and ORRAA UK Limited’s Board of Trustees.

Karen served in a similar role for Ocean Unite, as ORRAA Inc. was previously known, starting from 2018, when she helped to stand up the organisation. She was formerly a Senior Director for Philanthropic Partnerships at The Pew Charitable Trusts, where she recruited to set up the charity’s fundraising unit, and led development and alumni relations for the School of Business at The George Washington University.
