Ashleigh Cirilla
Director, OperationsAshleigh leads ORRAA’s global operations, overseeing organisational operations, legal and compliance, contracts administration, and People & Talent functions.
Before joining ORRAA, Ashleigh worked on marine conservation initiatives across the Pacific at the Pew Charitable Trusts. Her experience also includes roles at the U.S. Green Building Council, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, and as an attorney in private practice. Ashleigh holds a JD from Villanova University and a Master of Laws from George Washington University.
