Sonali Siriwardena

Sonali is a lawyer specialising in sustainability and ocean finance. She holds leadership positions in several sustainability-focused industry bodies including the UK’s Financial Conduct Authority. She also serves as the Chair of Social Investment Business, the largest frontline social finance intermediary in the UK.  

A keen kitesurfer, she is currently the Co-Senior Independent Director of the Royal Yachting Association and also sits on the board of the ocean conservation charity, Blue Marine Foundation. 

She was previously a Partner and the Global Head of ESG at international law firm, Simmons & Simmons LLP.
