Inés Parmentier

Inés is Senior Associate at ORRAA, supporting the Executive Director with organisation-wide coordination to advance ORRAA’s mission. She brings more than nine years of experience in the development, food security, and humanitarian sectors, especially with the United Nations (WFP, UNESCO, IOM) across both HQ and emergency field operations in Palestine, Ukraine, Moldova, Spain, France, and Italy.

Her expertise spans from strategic communications, operational reporting, stakeholder engagement, and inter-agency coordination in politically sensitive environments. Inés has supported senior leadership and governance processes ensuring clear, targeted communication that drives informed decision-making and donor action. She is passionate about the intersection between humanitarian needs, climate risk, and Nature-based Solutions. 

Inés holds bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Sociology, and a Master’s degree in Globalisation and Development.
