ORRAA is expanding the Blue Finance and Scaling Team and we are hiring a Senior Associate.
The Blue Finance and Scaling Department is driving financial innovation and partnerships to build a capital market for the Ocean and leverage investment into the regenerative and sustainable blue economy at scale.
The Department coordinates the Sea Change Impact Financing Facility (SCIFF), a collaborative effort to drive at least USD$1 billion of private investment into coastal and ocean ecosystems, with a focus on the Global South, by 2030. This will provide a springboard from which to mobilise at least USD$2.5 billion of broader finance capital.
Working closely with the Director, Blue Finance and Scaling, and collaborating with cross-functional teams, partners and stakeholders, the Senior Associate will contribute to the management of SCIFF and the development of novel financial solutions to grow a capital market for the ocean.
