Any ORRAA Inc. director, officer, employee, or consultant or third party who becomes aware of any action or suspected action taken by or within ORRAA Inc. that they believe or suspect to be illegal, fraudulent, or in violation of any ORRAA Inc. policy, or otherwise in dispute, must report this to Ethics@OceanRiskAlliance.org.

Emails to Ethics@OceanRiskAlliance.org are received by both the ORRAA Inc. President and a board director so that appropriate action can be taken with sufficient checks and balances in place to ensure compliance with ORRAA Inc. policies.
